HOW DOES IT WORK?
As the host or hostess of a home portrait party, you invite friends and family
members to your home for a special photo session. We ask for a minimum
of 5 guests. Your guests are welcome to bring their families, props, friends,
etcetera they would like included in their portraits.
Our mobile studio comes to your home, business, or community clubhouse
for the event.
In return you will receive a free portrait sitting and will earn points based on
guest sales. Every dollar spent by your guests will earn 1 point. 250 points
can earn you an 8X10 print. By meeting our minimum of 5 guest you will
earn 175 points.

RESPONSIBILITIES
As the host or hostess of a portrait party, you are asked to organize the
following:
Personally invite 5 guests and their friends and family to the location of your
choice for the portrait party.
Schedule portrait sittings approximately 25—30 minutes apart for each
guest (individual or group)
The portrait schedule is due to the photographer 1 week before your party.
Incentives
As the host or hostess of a portrait party by 207 Imaging, you are eligible to
receive points depending on the amount of guest and their sales.
Every dollar spent by your guest earns you one point.
250 points = 8X10
200 points = 8 wallets
150 points = 5X7
100 points = 4X6
During the Party
Once your party begins, each group or individual will be photographed
during their scheduled time by our professional photographer using the
latest in digital equipment. Proofs will be available for viewing and
purchasing online after the party is over.
Your guest can order online or call 207Imaging. Orders online take a few days
and packages take 1-2 weeks to arrive depending on the season.
Cost to Your Guest
Each guest will need to make a non refundable deposit of $35 for their 30
minute session fee. This can be paid by credit card, cash, or check.
The online photos will be sold at their individual price. Packages can be
ordered to reduce the cost of the prints.
